My head amp no longer sounds loud. How to fix?

I'm having problems with my glx1200h head amp. When I connect it to my speakers to play, the sound no longer projects loud. You can hear something, just not loud enough. What could be the problem? I know it isn't the speakers considering I tried another head amp and the sound was LOUD. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appriciated, thanks.
