Clock is Bad - Replace PROM battery?

My clock is not keeping time when the laptop is off or in standby. I suspect a failing PROM battery. How do you replace a PROM battery in a 2015 13'“ MacBook Pro?

I’m suspecting the one and only battery your system has is failing or defective as it has a trickle feed for the NVRAM logic so its settings aren’t lost.
