Dust inside rear camera module?

I got my hands this broken Iphone XR. The camera glass is broken and the lens seems clean but the image has spots. The camera module was really dusty from outside. The spots kind of resembles the dust spots on a DSLR sensor. Is it possible there is dust inside the module ? Is it possible to open the module and clean it inside?
