How should I fix my console not syncing in any manner at all?

Recently I’ve taken apart my console to replace the stock fan, (which was dying, and was in desperate need of cleaning,) with a Noctua NF-P12 Redux 1700. I’ve gotten it jerry-rigged to work. But after I put it together, it seems that I can’t sync with a controller, because the sync button on the console won’t work. I’ll try to sync it via USB on ANY port, it will charge, and by me turning it on manually, all it will do is blink. I desperately need help with this.

Disclaimer: I’ve Hard reset, soft reset, attempted to factory reset, and then realized my controller won’t sync at all. PLEASE do not say reset again. I have attempted at this point dozens of times.
