There's illuminated bulb at top of refrigerator but no where located to place and insert bulb to light bottom half bins.

Bit confused as there doesn’t appear to be any lights at the top of the refrigerator compartment, however there is a light at the top of the freezer compartment
Here’s a link that shows where the lights are located in the refrigerator compartment.
Click on refrigerator liner parts diagram and find part #3 light socket, #13 light bulbs & #14 light cover.
