For 3 weeks now, my J7 (2017) has not recognized the microSD card I use. I’ve checked out the card in both a desktop and laptop, and on both, the photos and videos on the card are showing up fine. AT&T store thought there may be a sensor issue with the SD card slot. Has anyone had this issue, and if so, what was able to be done about it? Thanks!

You could try another cleanly formatted (fat32) SD card.
If you don’t have one, move all files on the card to your computer, then attempt to reformat the card on the phone. If it does nothing, you could then reformat it on the computer (FAT32) and try again on the phone. If nothing it is definitely your phone.
