Samsung Galaxy A7 Not turning on

My A7 Does not turn on at all but when i put the charger on it Goes to the samsung galaxy A7 logo but then Shuts off right after when i hold the volume down button and the power button it pretty much goes in a cycle of the logo turning on and off I cant try to to turn it on without the charger either
