options in service menu

I upgraded my tv firmware and then I started getting an error message pop up as soon as I turn on a my TV. “ The main board changes. go into the service node and set the options; type, location set, front color options.”

How do I fix this. My TV is Samsung UN32EH4003 32 in I live in New York USA.
