I got the password wrong to many times and it says connect to iTunes and I don’t want to restart my phone because there some information that I need on it and I don’t know if I have a back up.

There’s an incredibly slim chance you could take it into an Apple Store and they might be able to help but otherwise there really isn’t anything you can do except reset the phone using iTunes and restore it to a previous backup or to factory settings if there aren’t any backups.

But how do I unlock it?
if the iphone was synced to that computer before you should be able to unlock it that way. if not youre kinda SOL.
this is to keep people from getting into an iphone that isnt theirs.
