Disc drive not pulling in disc

Alrighty i got a weird one. I purchased a faulty ps4 pro that had clearly been disassembled. It had no power which i fixed by replacing the 5v cable. Now that it powers on the disc drive wont pull in discs. If i try to put a disc in while its off, it will turn on but wont pull it in. If i manually bring the disc in with the screw it wont spin. If its manually put in and i press eject the ps4 makes the single beep then does nothing. I also get the error su 42118-6 when attempting an update which could just mean dead logic board in the drive?? Everything looks totally normal on the inside of the dd, i have another pro i could test the drive from but tbh i dont want to disassemble it if i dont have to. So im totally stumped. Ive checked the ribbon cables with a multimeter and theyre good, ive double triple quadruple checked all ribbon connections inside and out, im at a loss.

Update: F6202 fuse, all fixed now!
