it's an imprint on the inside. A wrongly inserted bolt probably fell out. It happened to me that a similar imprint on the screen was caused by a broken capacitor, which was soldered by some lazy technician with insufficient care. Remove the screen, locate the object causing the imprint, or find a good repair shop. It will take 15-20 minutes and the cost should not exceed $ 10-15.
