Why is my ps4 controller vibrating and on but console is off

I read somewhere it could be related to the battery. Never had this issue to tell if this is the case, but if you have another controller, you could try to swap the batteries.

I assume you already tried the reset button on the back.

My dual shock vibrated and recognized imidlltyley bye plug in play on both my pcs both with same 2 games rdr2 and cyberpunk gog.com then they stopped vibrating on both please help cuz I'm about to wrap up all my gaming and cancel my internet help please I have a feeling cuz I'm hacked they made a copy of my game that's not playing on rockstar launcher and there playing on Vulcan and both my pcs have an app say ing this pc on Home Screen and clicked it shows a c drive that's not what on my files c drive and it's even recognized and vibrates checks on steam what can I do I open any nexus mods and none open up to show me files inside and I'm almost at my end my brothers gonna have to come back here if he can't figure it out I'm done gaming it be different if it didn't work before but it did my rockstar launcher game and rdr2 file and social club have been moved and locked in documents and now at same time my vortex stopped connecting to game and my rdr2 bye passes correct rockstar launcher and ends in a totally different and the hackers even made my ps4 controller show as an audio mic device only And every mod I try to add besides the few I'm allowed to use like rampage or simple menu in cyberpunk don't save like they did and every sign in they change the same 5 weapons I gotta fix and armadillos are I but need to be placed to see it added !#^&^$^ me off I'm almost at the end
