Faulty small horizontal lines of pixels on Acer K272HL display

As seen in the image. Horizontal lines of pixels (1 pixel height and never 100% the width of the screen) appear randomly (not always on the same place) on my Acer K272HL display. They disappear with any gentle touch on the display (no matter where) but they always return. Warranty is past due so it’s on me to try to fix it.

I have some basic electronics studies and experience and I’m not afraid of disassembly and soldering but I don’t know a lot about displays so I don’t have idea of what to try further than disassembly and look for bad looking components. I would appreciate any help.
