playstation unresponsive to controller, how to fix it? please

My PlayStation controller and microphone are pretty much in brand new condition but I always have issues with them on my PlayStation. They work perfectly fine on other ps4’s as I have tried them on my friends ps4’s. However with my ps4 my controller randomly disconnects, the headset makes weird noises, and cuts out the party chat so I cant hear the party. when I play games such as call of duty I will use the analog to turn my player but the PlayStation will respond much later and the player will turn on its own accord. I know the controller and headset are not the issues but I don’t know how to fix it. Any help is much appreciated thanks.
