I accidentally knocked my MacBook Pro, 2017, off my desk and the screen has gone black in all but one corner. The screen isn’t cracked. Is there a way to repair it? The computer starts, the keyboard light is on. Thank you!

There is a set of cables that runs between the lid and the main case (uppercase) I’m suspecting these got damaged in the fall.
These cables are not serviceable you’ll need to replace the full lid assembly to fix your system following this guide Sostituzione gruppo schermo MacBook Pro 13" Function Keys 2017 and here’s the needed part:

Cal you give us a bit more on which model you have Apple offers a few different series 13" or 15" with one, two ports or four ports?
