Kenmore side by side 1993 Refrigerator

My side by side Kenmore fridge has been working for more than 27 years. The ice maker made ice but then it turned into a block of ice in the bin. We have replaced the water intake valve and replaced the ice maker. I have had a repair man here 4 times. The last time he replaced the ice maker and we finally got 6 cubes of ice 16 hours after installation. It has not made ice sense.
