Why are there two white dots above an iMessage? It is a random message and there is no reason for it. Could it be that there is a script dropped in my phone?

I have done that. It doesn’t seem to change it. That is a text from a few months back.
Try taking it to a genius bar
I have the same but only one. What is this, it’s on my sons texts I’m asking him in the text what it was he hasn’t a clue

I know I tried sending it to a friend of mine and the two dots have there own text line and upon sending it it is received as a handwritten message. If that helps any.
