Port broken off motherboard. Won't boot.

(Sorry for the bad image) I was trying to repair the bottom screen and I broke this piece off. I don’t have the skill or tools to solder a new one. (I tried) Is there a way I could just tape the ribbon cable to the spot to boot and link my Nintendo e-shop account to save my games?
