I got this weird thing in my screen after doing an inside steam polish, it looks like it’s from the inside of the screen because I’m not able to clean it.
I’m not sure what to do since the new screen would cost about $2000 (it is not worth changing it since it’s fully functional).

That looks like moisture condensation. It appears your screen got steamed and it infiltrated into it. Unless you can pull it and clean it out, I don’t think it’s going to just go away.

I removed the answer I left, but you can sometimes replace the polarizer. The issue is it's super high risk, and not for the feint of heart.
Doable? Yes, but not as a "DIY" project unless you can casually spend $2k on that screen if you mess up.
