HELP! NO SOUND from my Switch headphone jack?
Hi,
I was in the middle of a play session when suddenly there was no sound coming from my headphones. I unplugged and replugged repeatedly, tried numerous other headsets, but they all had no sound. The headsets still work on my phone so they're not the culprit.
That's when I noticed the strange no-sound status you can see in the image (the headphones w/ a big X in-between) I attached whenever I plugged any headset in. I've never seen this before and was not able to find out anything online about it.

Naturally I assumed it must've been a bad headphone jack board or something, so I ordered a new gamecard slot/headphone jack PCB board to replace the old one.
But when I opened up my Switch and installed it, it still gave me the same issue! No sound from my headphone jack and that same no-sound error.
I have no idea what I've done wrong while playing, I was just laying down, and I was not able to find any definitive help through Reddit about it.
I don't have a warranty with Nintendo and my warranty with Gamestop expired already. No shops around me are open in this pandemic and I don't think I can afford to send in my unit to Nintendo for repair for potentially exorbitant fees and long turnaround times.
Can you tell me what is wrong with my Switch? Any help is really appreciated.
