Quiet III-Dishwasher will not start. Flashing "Normal" & "Rinse Only"

Whirlpool Gold Quiet Partner III (3) - Dish Washer Model # GU 2500 XTPB7

Flashing lights on the Board panel...Buttons: “Normal” & “Rinse Only”

Approx. 13 years old.

I can not understand why lights just came on. Only used approximately 4 times.

I disconnected power from the electric circuit breaker in hopes it would re-set.

What can I do to re-set from the Board Panel?

Desperate Lady…Please Help!!
