Ice maker works. Water dispenser does not. It does not “click” whe

Ice maker works. Water dispenser does not. It does not make that “click” sound either. Before me I pull off and check the front panel and check the switch. I want to know if the water inlet valve in the back could still be faulty if the ice maker is working.
