My surface pro won't turn on

Hi. Six months after the battery of my Surface Pro 4 was swelling i replaced the battery. But now it is not turning on anymore. The light of the charger is on. First I thought the replacement battery was the problem, so a ordered another one. The same issue. I also measured if the power supply is using any power from the power outlet, but it says 0 watts (before the replacement everything was working). Can someone help me or had someone the same problem?
