My iPhone doesn’t start

When I connect the recharge it shows first empty battery sign then the apple sign, on off several times and then shows red screen and finish. What’s the problem?

i have changed the battery with a new one and the result is the same.

The red screen usually means there is a fault with the front camera / proximity sensor flex. Try disconnecting it, then boot the phone. If it boots as normal you will need to replace this part.
