photo transfer to smart phone

I am trying to transfer photos from my old verizon flip phone (it doesn’t have service or wifi capability) to my samsung smart phone with cricket not verizon. The old verizon phone has a slot for the insertion of a mini SD, I inserted my used mini SD and tried to change the photo save location to the SD card, and it just says error, and wont let me. So now I am at a loss, not sure what the next step should be.

You can do it simply, connect your SD card to the PC and transfer the files or SD card to the new Samsung smart phone

If the photos are on SD Card, you can try the way below to transfer them to your samsung smart phone. First, transfer photos on SD Card to your computer via SD Card Reader. Then you can import all photos from computer to your new samsung smart phone via usb cable by using Coolmuster Android Assistant. You just need to connect your samsung smart phone to computer via usb cable, enable usb debugging on it. A deep scan later, you can import photos from computer directly.

If the flip phone has Bluetooth , you can transfer photos to another phone via Bluetooth.

If this way doesn’t work for you, try to move photos from flip phone to pc via USB cable and then connect Samsung to pc ,transfer the files from pc to Samsung.
