Touch Bar went black at the top right

I have a problem with the Touch Bar of my 13" MacBook Pro that occurred at the end of 2017. The problem is a defect of the Touch Bar on the Siri button that occurs only in the upper right corner.

In short, after 1 minute of no use, whether you are watching a video or doing anything else, the Touch Bar goes into standby darkening. Shortly thereafter, half of the Siri touch button darkens at the TouchID sensor and fills with a blinking white/red pixel, which it has never done before and I don't know if it is caused by the Catalina update.

For the rest of the time when I use the Mac continuously the Touch Bar works fine. I have already tried going to Activity Monitor and closing the various "touch bar server" processes etc. but it hasn't had any effect.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
