Why the mobile data is not connecting

I was using my same phone to connect a WIFI connection for my Amazon firestick earlier.

But suddenly its not working instead saying CONNECTED WITH PROBLEMS and not able to connect to my phone mobile data thru hotspot WIFI connection.

May i know the reason as why it it not connecting now with my phone while other phone is connected? Give me a solution for this as i have tried in many ways.
