My phone is locked on "Emergency Call" - it won't let me do anything.

It says I have to enter my password to do anything. I entered my saved password - was incorrect. So I reset my password for my phone on my computer. Tried the new password - it won’t take it. How can I unlock my phone?

Hi @jaykayem,

Try removing the battery for a couple of minutes, re-insert it and then check if it resolved the problem.

Also try removing / reinserting the SIM card or temporarily inserting a different network compatible, known working SIM card, if the above doesn’t work
