Please help! My 3ds is acting really weird!

So I haven’t played my 3ds, mostly because I scratched and haven’t used it since. I recently felt the need to play it and when I turned it on, it just made a popping sound. So I looked around it and found a paper clip inside the SD card slot. I removed it and it turned on. When it turned on it said that write protection was endeavors on SD card. But there was no SD card inside. Then when I put in a game it didn’t read. I tried everything even the card stock trick. So now my problem is that one, my 3ds keeps telling me that write protection is enabled on my SD card is enabled, BUT THERE ISNT A SD CARD IN MY 3DS! Second, it won’t read any games no matter what. Please Help. Also when putting in a game and taking it out I makes a really weird sound there’s a video above to listen to
