Why my controller not charging

I purchased my PS4 in Japan, and it’s been about a year now and my controller suddenly couldn’t charge.. so i thought it might be faulty usb , i’ve change to another cable doesn’t work either.. and i went online and bought the JDS-055 replacement chip, tried fit it in and still couldn’t charge no light up

supposedly even without fitting in any cables, the usb board itself able to light up after plug in USB cable.. so i take apart on my 2nd controller just to test this, just the USB chip board it lits up but not broken one..

and i also changed the battery too, doesn’t work.. any ideas?

it’s CUH-ZCT2J by the way.. and i’ve changed the ribbon cables that provided with the new USB board replacement and tried original one too.. doesn’t work
