new 3ds XL upper screen 3d images not synced

I just bought a new 3DS XL from a reseller, it was in an almost not used condition

The 3D effect is not functioning at all it's like the new 3ds upper screen 3d images not synced and not appearing as 3D at all, by other means, it’s just displaying 2 images on top of eachother instead of appearing one 3D image

As you can see the image it appears exactly like i described

Is this a common issue in new devices ?

Does anyone here have the same problem ?

If yes does it require replacing the upper LCD ?

Now before you guys say anything

- I did all the basics, such as distance, trying with and without my glasses, cleaning the camera, trying the calibration on system setting etc.. etc.. but nothing changed

- i also did not install any CFW or did not do any modification to my console

So what’s the problem :(
