Hi, I was just wondering if I could set up my Elgato Capture card to read my stream comments to me while streaming. If I have another device watching my stream so I can see chat, it makes my internet SUPER bad. Is there any way to do this?

I think it would be better to load a chat only version of the stream. If you are on twitch you can just pop out the chat on your phone and on your computer. Without it taking up a ton of bandwith. If you are on other platforms i'm not quite sure you can do the same thing. I will also add, elgato is not capable of doing that. Also even if it was then everyone on your stream would hear the comments they write which imo is a bad viewing experience.

Well, I stream on YouTube because it is a chance to grow my channel and earn more views. I could try switching to Twitch, but I like YT better. What is your opinion on streaming platforms?
@random_user_101 Both are great and add good competition to each other. I would do which ever one you are more comfortable with and which ever platform you find has a more enjoyable community. Streaming takes time to get traction so it might be beneficial to try both. Link me to whichever platform you use and ill give you a follow to help you out on your way!
