Hello is there any way to unlock icloud lock from any iPhone without replacing a motherboard or maybe cfw or a ic chip replacement I'm trying to find some way to unlock icloud activation lock

Give it back to the owner and he can unlock it.

I can't the original owner isn't responding it's not locked just activation locked I heard on YouTube I watched a YouTube vid his name on utube is idevicecentral but on one of his icloud unlock videos he mentioned the cpu id have to replace the cpu with a new one but would I need a pcie programmer or some kind of programmer or would I just need to replace the cpu with a new one and It will work

@jj14378 iCloud lock is permanent, so you can’t . Of course if you have the skills, tools and experience you could try to replace CPU, EEPROM etc. with those from another known, not-icloud-locked board but then why not just using that board. Bottom line, no you cannot. You shall get plenty of answers with links to all kinds of hokey websites and tricks but rest assured those will not work.

what about the cfw method or replace motherboard
The problem is where do you think the logic board came from? Someone else's stolen phone and its likely locked as well.
There just isn't any way to gain access to the phone without someone first unlocking via the iCloud account it was linked to.
There are to many snake oil flimflam artist out there telling you they have the magic which they just don't!
Just buy a new phone
@jj14378 Replacing the logic board with a clean unlocked one would surely be a suitable plan, that's basically the only viable solution to an iCloud locked iphone. Everything else you find online either is not efficient or just an attempt to grab your money and run.
@danj I've known more than one who locked himself out of his own account and doesn't have a clue on what the passcode is any longer. One guy doesn't want to wipe his almost new Air as what's inside is more precious than the Mac itself..some ppl are less careful than others or trust their memory more than they should ;)
@arbaman - Then there's this Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password as well as going to an Apple Store with a copy of the sales receipt they can help you as well.
