Where To Get Touchscreen for KW88 smartwach?

My smartwatch KW88 fall from the desk and got crack on its screen . Although the watch is working fine but its difficult to use some of its features because of crack on the screen.

Anyone please recommend me whats the best way to fix it. I tried contacting suppliers in Aliexpress but none of them are helpful. I also visit the local repairing shops but no one ready to fix it.

I feel replacing its touchscreen will fix the problem. From where I can get the touchscreen and try to replace it myself.
