replaced the back light but the problem is still there

I have the exact same issue with my TV. LG60LA6208. I replaced the back light but the problem is still there!

I greatly appreciate if you could give an advice about what I should do now.

@yasmin007 let us know the exact problems that your TV is having. You replaced all the backlight LED's but still have the same issue whatever it may be?

The issue is that the screen is super dark. It is so dark that I can only see see things on it if I turn off all the lights in the room and shine light to the screen by my phone.

I followed this video for the board exchange (backlight exchange I think) :

did you replace the bad part for the original new one?

@yasmin007 have you checked the power board to see if you have the proper voltage going to the backlight LED's?
