Its time for battery replacement I’ve seen them come in at my shop more often now! Specially when they updated the software

I will buy a new Battery then!!! Any suggestions where I can purchase one!!!
They are going for around $50-$60 USD. The part number for the battery is EB-BR720ABE.
I bought one for a Gear S3 from one of those battery websites other than eBay, worked out great.

Are you using an original charger or aftermarket charger? If aftermarket I’d recommend trying another or original charger.

I tried using another charger and it did the same thing!!!
I got my gear 2 wet and now is on a constant looping of overheating and on and of to cool down.
Has new battery.
