I have an iphone 6s that i wanted to try repairing. It works well but when a battery is connected, sometimes it will get very hot and shut down. It also has problems connecting to wifi at times. What are the possible reasons for this? Thanks

You need a new battery to start.

if the problem persists with the new battery, would that imply a board issue? and what about the wifi issues?
