What would cause a no crank no start issue that comes and goes
no start no crank issue but has power with new battery new starter lights work but wont crank

starter solenoid?? You more than likely replace it along with the starter motor itself but thought I'd mention it just in case. Then again even new equipment is known to be flakey sometimes too :-)
