prndriver not showing now what happen

Hii I m using Samsung galaxy j7 primary I m using the sometime file save to prndriver toh otg he work done but I purchase new prndriver I use this also same otg but problem is first prndriver not showing now what happen suddenly this my all data are prndriver save that so what to do
