Where do I get iPhone X Earpiece Speaker and Sensor Assembly bracket

Replacing the screen and putting the “iPhone X Earpiece Speaker and Sensor Assembly “ onto the new screen noticed that there is no bracket to place all of the sensors into.

Am I supposed to take the old one off, or was it supposed to come with the new screen?

A lot of other screens come with the Assembly bracket on the new screen..

Many vendors have both available, with and without, others just have the bare screen. However the original one from your old screen would be a better choice qualitywise if not broken.
