It works in every way with the exception of some screen anomalies. It has little patches of white pixels in patterns about 3" apart vertically. Do you think it's the inverter board, memory or power supply? Thanks.

Please open the back of your machine and inspect the capacitors for swelling and/or corrosion. See if your serial number (located on the bottom of the stand) falls within these ranges:
Serial Number ranges:
W8435xxxxxx – W8522xxxxxx
QP435xxxxxx – QP522xxxxxx
CK435xxxxxx – CK522xxxxxx
YD435xxxxxx – YD522xxxxxx

W84510VES9T is in the first set of SN, what is the significance?
Of the 16 capacitors on the right all look good. However of the seven on the left 5 are swelled.

Personally I found a place in Utah via eBay that fixes the G5 boards for $85. I sent in a couple and one is working fine and the other is about 95%.
Doing this repair yourself is a real PITA. Do a search on this site for "capacitors" and you will see loads of questions on this problem.
I would lean more towards the inverter or the whole screen itself. If the pixels ever turn solid black then it's most likely the display itself suffering from pixels dying.

can you take a picture and add it to your post. i've never seen this issue myself. Maybe somebody else has seen it before.

Condition has gotten worse, I had a spare PowerSupply and memory. Neither corrected the issue. However now the unit will start to boot, even lets me choose alternate boot devices, go black and raise the fan speed. Until I unplug it or hold the Start button powering it off.
