Ps4 with a unique problem?, no led lights, but is on, no screen/sound

Hello people,

I bought a defect ps4 for cheap as i like to tinker with electronics. It’s a cu1216B. It would’t start as the powerbutton was broken off. So i cleaned the console, soldered on a new powerbutton and put it back together(without the housing) with freshly applied thermal paste. I started up the console and the first thing i noted is no blue or white light coming from the leds and also no screen or sound(The HDMI port seems to be in good order). But it is on for sure, because the fan spins, it gives one beep, console gets warm, it accepts discs and spins it, i can connect a controller trough USB cable and i can put it in standby mode with the powerbutton. When in standby mode one of the led’s is emmiting orange light, like it should. I also tried going in to safe mode and i hear the 2nd beep but no screen.

looks like the powersupply works like it should as it can do all these things and i have understand that is not the HDD because it should start without also.

I checked the led on continuity mode with my multimeter and it emits a white light so thats not broken either. I have red the led can tell in general what is wrong like blue flashing hardware error or white light( WLOD) but since there is none and on the interwebs i can’t find someone with the same problem, i’m clueless.

Am i looking at 2 different problems? Any advice or information is greatly appreciated.
