2009 T&C. Heater/AC mode switching is stuck.

The heater appears to be stuck in the Defrost mode. I have replaced the control head and the one mode switch that is easily accessible at the bottom of the dash but is still does not change anything. Is the entire number of mode switches wired in series? How do I find the bad switch?
