Why is my screen glitching like this
Everything responds properly, but the screen is entirely glitch. Anyone know how to repair or how much it will cost?

This looks like a cracked LCD. This guide will show you everything you need to replace it. It’ll cost you about $170, you can buy the required parts here. Good luck with your repair!
