nach austausch des optischenlaufwerkes kann ich weder ein spiel neu installieren noch spielen.Habe alles so gemacht wie in der Anleitung zum austausch des Laufwerkes beschrieben wurde.Nun stellt sich mir die Frage ob ich das Laufwerk neu Registrien muss und wie da die Vorgehenweise ist

Jo, es ist nicht möglich das optische Laufwerk zu tauschen, weil das Laufwerk sozusagen mit dem Mainboard “verheiratet“ ist.
