Console Powers Down after seconds within pressing power button

Well I read Many forums already about these xbox one s consoles and them shutting themselves down. All the while I cant seem to find the best answer if it isnt a broken power supply. Let me explain what exactly happens. I press the console power button to here the boot up beeps and the see the light turn on. The fan starts to spin, not loudly (pretty slow actually) . No video input comes into the tv, after several second the console is shut down with out the shutdown -chime. I've checked my battery supply and it is fine. Anyone have Anything else that can help me fix this fart box?

The what starts to spin? You left the word out. Have you opened it and checked that the fan on the processor heatsink is spinning?

Fan spins for a while I can hear it but haven't actually observed it with the case off but I could do it and get back to you on it. But would the GPU be a problem if the was very little paste on it? I could see the face of the GPU because there was little paste covering it when I first took it apart.

There's probably more than one fan in there. I've lost count of the number of times I've put a PC back together and it won't start up, because I forgot to plug in the CPU fan. I doubt it's the paste, cus it takes a while for everything to get hot, but it's worth making sure the heatsink is properly seated and the fan is working, so you might as well re-apply some thermal paste

Alright I've applied the the paste. I put it together. I pushed the button. I see the fan move for a split second then stop. Then start up again and start spinning until it turns itself off. Btw u hear I slight buzzing fro. The power supply whenever its plugged in. Just ruling out stuff

I realised there was a display issue with the hdmi and tv hdmi port! Thank you Gabriel for helping me with possibilities. But I just switched hdmi cords and that did the trick!

For the Xbox I was troubleshooting, the fan doesn't seem to spin on startup causing an overheating problem. I'd take the case off and plug in the power, turn it on and see if it's the same thing for you.
