Stuck in Boot loop, need information off of device.

Need to get information from device so taking back to factory reset is not option. Already tried Best Buy geeks, and CPR, could not help. Hung up from call and then it went into boot loop.

I am going to need more information to better help you. How and when did this happen. Boot loop usaly happends because there is a component in the phone which is broken, damaged or missing. So first open it and match it to this picture. https://d3nevzfk7ii3be.cloudfront.net/ig... If you have all the components that means some part of the phone is not responding. The amount of components that it can be are to many to start guessing so in this case you will have to provide me with more information.
