Where does this part belong?

I opened my iPhone 3gs to repair the vibrate button and while I was removing parts the circled part on the picture that you can find on the link below fell and I did not see where it came from.

Anyone can show me where it belongs?

Thank you!!!

You should get a compartment tray for sorting all of those small parts :)

That goes on top of the camera to hold it down with a screw of course

Bottom right, orange.

The metal bracket will have its arm over the camera with the hole lined up for the screw. Also, odds are your camera will be fine without that piece there should it become too much of a pain for you.

I see. I did not think that little part was going to make that much of a difference, but since I changed the button my back light works whenever it feels like it. I have noticed that applying pressure on the top right of the screen fixes it momentarily... I noticed that the home button works by using two small metals, so maybe I do need that little part.

try opening the phone again..turn it off first. you may need to push the camera in to it's housing again. it may be sitting a little proud. then turn your display over and just lift the 2 gold prongs on the back of the home button a little (very gently or they snap!) then reapply no1 connector..it sounds like it isn't on properly,it sometimes pops up as you are closing..keep an eye on it or put a small screwdriver over the top of the connection as you are closing.
