Trying to recover a bricked system. Any help?

I tried installing luma onto my 3ds a few months ago, and bricked it. I had just got the switch, so i thought i didn’t really have a use for my 3ds, and let it gather dust. But now trying to go back to it, i’m having trouble getting my 3ds working again. The power light flashes on, and then fades away. Also- the kicker here- i moved last month, and in the fumble i managed to lose my 3ds sd card (that at the time, was in my computer). Any suggestions? i don’t have an sd card right now, and i don’t know if the 3ds will automatically set it up despite being bricked. my main goal is to have at least a working SD with all the required files.
