MacBook 12" 2015(820-00045) no display, no chime, no image

Hello, @arbaman @reecee @refectio and other experts!

Recently I received a dead MacBook 2015 12”. When I connect charger, no chime no image, no backlight.

1. I tried measure every power line with multimeter, but I found missing voltage only on PP5V_S0SW_LCD, PP5V1_S4SW and PP1V05_S4SW lines
2. I use my ThermoCam and compared the thermo image with good working board but images look the same. So I think there is problem only with image and backlight (maybe)
3. I disconnect everything and connected a known good display but does not help
4. I preventatively replaced U4700 but no change

On the internet I found, than a lot of people have same issue with this model. Is here any way how to fix?
